What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website, gymfront.app, which is run by GymFront, built by TmT Software. They cover the website only. The contract for using the GymFront product itself is agreed separately, in writing, when a gym signs up — nothing on this website forms part of that contract.

The content on this site is informational. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don’t warrant that it is error-free or complete, and it may change without notice.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through this site — a demo request, an access consultation, or an email — is not a contract and creates no obligation on either side. It just starts a conversation.

Product terms and pricing

Product terms, service levels and pricing are agreed in writing at sign-up. Descriptions of the product on this website are a guide to what GymFront does, not an offer on specific terms.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, illustrations and branding — belongs to GymFront and TmT Software. You may view and share it in the ordinary way; you may not reproduce it commercially without our permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
