Who we are

This website, gymfront.app, is the marketing site for GymFront, a gym management platform built by TmT Software. GymFront is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

What we collect

If you use the demo-booking or access-consultation forms, we collect what you give us there:

• your name;
• your work email address;
• your phone number;
• details about your gym or business; and
• whatever you write in the free-text fields.

If you email or call us directly, we hold the details you share in that correspondence.

Why we use it

We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry and to arrange the demo or access consultation you asked for. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are the consent you give via the tick-box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a direct enquiry about our product.

Analytics

The site uses first-party, privacy-safe analytics: we record which pages and buttons are used — the event name, the page path and the button placement, and nothing else. This means:

• no analytics cookies;
• no names, email addresses, phone numbers or free-text content is ever recorded in analytics; and
• analytics data is not shared with third parties.

Where your details go

Form submissions go to GymFront’s team so we can reply. Delivery may pass through an email or webhook service configured by GymFront for that purpose. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any relationship that comes out of it. If you ask us to delete them, we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• object to our processing of your data; and
• complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you think we have handled your data badly.
